The disclosure most services bury in a footer, given its own page.

Options are not a side quest

Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all investors. A position can lose its entire value, and certain strategies can lose more than the amount invested. Before trading options, read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, published by the Options Clearing Corporation, and make sure you understand assignment, exercise, expiry, and margin mechanics for anything you trade.

What flow data can and cannot do

Options flow shows what was traded, not why, and not what happens next. Large prints can be hedges, rolls, spreads, or offsetting legs of positions you cannot see. Nightglass works to separate conviction from churn, and scores its own read in public — but no read of the tape removes market risk, and no historical win rate is a promise about the next signal.

On our published record

The track record measures contract prices against a fixed yardstick (methodology). It does not measure any member's account, assumes no fills better than the alerted price, and includes every loser. Even measured honestly, past performance does not guarantee future results.

Your decisions are yours

Nothing on this site is advice or a recommendation. Position sizing, risk limits, and the decision to take any trade are yours alone, ideally made with a qualified financial adviser who knows your situation. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
